It looks like one of those sea creatures from the Pirates of the Carribean movie. Davey Jones specifically. I also see the evil bearded possibly female or maybe playing cymbal scary things. Maybe Davey Jones is playing cymbals?
Either way, you need a new door.

Maybe the coat hanger installer was too scared to drive it into the freaky alien body/skeleton.
The wrinkles look like a ribcages on my blackberry. All I can say is you got one freaky door.
Yeah the coat hanger off center would drive me crazy too. Call it ocd, call it kean eye or just weird but I would fix it. Screwdriver and wood putty.
